Kingston, Arkansas. - Round Three of the AMA National Enduro Series took place over the weekend in the foothills of northwest Arkansas, close to the Buffalo River, where Babbitt’s Online/Monster Energy/Kawasaki’s Grant Baylor took the win in commanding fashion after nearly 60 miles of rocky, technical, and dry terrain. After the first test of the day was taken out due to an injured rider on course, the KX™450X mounted Baylor took the win in every test aside from Test 2 to finish the day nearly half a minute ahead of his nearest competitor and extend his points lead in the NE Pro 1 class.
"I had a great day here in Arkansas. The trails were super rocky and technical, so I ended up deciding to run the Dunlop trials tire from the get-go, which was an awesome choice. Other than two or three tip-overs, I just tried to keep it smooth and steady to keep the momentum going, which was the plan. I’m happy I was able to execute on that plan and take the win as well as some valuable points,” said Baylor post-race.
Round five of the NEPG series will take place back on the east coast in the mountains of Arrington, Virginia, on May 14th, where Grant Baylor will look to put his Babbitt’s Online/Monster Energy/Kawasaki back in the center of the NE Pro 1 podium and extend his growing points lead on the competition.
